Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide prompt assistance with their banking needs.
Support customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other branch transactions.
Respond to customer queries regarding banking products, digital services, and account-related information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive banking experience.
Promote suitable banking products and services based on customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation.
Ensure every transaction complies with the bank’s operational policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with branch staff to deliver efficient and high-quality customer service.
