Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide courteous assistance with their banking requirements.
Process daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account-related requests.
Assist customers with opening new savings and current accounts while ensuring proper documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, digital services, and account information.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Recommend suitable banking products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure complete compliance with banking regulations.
Collaborate with branch team members to deliver smooth and efficient branch operations.
